Return Policy
Here at OROS, we take pride in who we are and what we create. Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from your purchase date. In order to accept returns, the product must be returned unused, unwashed, all tags attached, and in the original saleable condition. (ALL SALES FINAL ON LAST CALL PRODUCTS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES)
Submitting a Return
In order to submit a return, please email our customer service at support@orosapparel.com with a subject line titled "Return Request". In that email, please include your order number, the product you'd like to return, and the reason for returning. *All sales are final during End of Season Sale.
US Domestic Orders:
We are happy to offer flat-rate shipping to our customers. You will receive an email from FedEx Fulfillment with a return shipping label and instructions. Once you receive the return label, please drop off the package at your local USPS or FedEx store. *All sales are final during End of Season Sale.
International Orders:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside of the United States.
Exchange Policy
Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. However, if you would like another size or color, you may return your product within 30 days using our returns option for a full credit refund and re-order your exchange item.
